When I joined the Rise & Shine team in 2021 I brought with me 22 years of knowledge and experience in all aspects of childcare as well as patience, passion and warmth. I believe in nothing more than prioritising every child’s needs to ensure they have the best start in life.

And to ensure we are NEVER out of ratio we call on two established local agencies who provide qualified and unqualified staff at short notice.
